I advocate for flows that feel obvious.

If it feels subtle or hidden, it's not done yet. The design needs to speak a user's language, not the other way around.

Insight beyond the Data

I love to be a data girl, but a statistic on its own is not as powerful without a story.

I look for the "why" behind the actions and translate numbers into narratives product teams can act on.
